Mediation Fee Schedule

• Administration Fee: $150 per party
• 2 Party Matter: $400 per hour
• More than 2 Parties: $475 per hour

4 hour minimum for all matters

All mediations will be conducted via Zoom unless an in-person session is requested. Parties will be required to provide a facility for an in-person mediation, and travel time will be billed at an additional $250 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

There will be no hourly fees charged for a late cancellation or reschedule. However, all administration fees are non-refundable.
